Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
For security reasons, guests are not allowed to have any day visitors.
The maximum occupancy for the Villa must be adhered to at all times. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
Music may be played at a reasonable level and must be stopped by 22:00. No loud music or noise is allowed.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests that do not comply with this rule and a penalty of R2000 will be charged.
Please note that the breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days before arrival and it will be refunded within 3 days of departure.
Housekeeping and laundry service is now available upon request. Please contact the office directly to arrange this before your stay. Please be advised that extra fees may apply.
