@Villa Riviera 12 is a well-furnished holiday apartment located in a secure complex in Hartenbos. This apartment boasts lovely views of the river from the balcony and is ideally located about 1 km from various restaurants, shops, and the well-known ATKV heated swimming pool and a short distance from the beach.

The unit has an inverter and is not affected by loadshedding.

This lovely apartment sleeps 6 guests. The air-conditioned main bedroom has a queen-size bed, dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet with a bidet, and a wash basin. The main bedroom also opens onto the enclosed veranda with a double sleeper couch that can sleep 2 guests and can be partitioned off with a folding door for extra privacy. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a double-door fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. The air-conditioned living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV installed with Showmax and Netflix. Limited free Wi-Fi is also available.

The sliding doors open to the spacious balcony with a dining table with chairs, a Weber braai, an umbrella, and two deck chairs to relax after a long day on the beach. There are extra braai facilities outside on the lawn with a beautiful view of the Hartenbos river and an outdoor shower. The Riviera Hotel adjoins the complex where guests can use the swimming pool. Free and secure parking is available under a shade net on site as well as a designated lock-up garage.
