Description

Villa Riviera 24 is situated next to the Riviera Hotel on the banks of the Hartenbos River in Hartenbos. The tastefully furnished 2-bedroom duplex apartment on the second floor can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and offers lovely views of the river and estuary.

Both bedrooms are located on the top floor and have fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom contains a double bed and has a balcony where one can sit comfortably and enjoy the view. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has access to the second bathroom which is fitted with a bath and toilet.

The ground level comprises an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, an electric oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is a TV with selected DStv channels in the living area, as well as 2 comfy couches. The living area opens onto a large verandah with a table and chairs and lovely views and a built in stainless steel braai.

There are braai facilities on the verandah and in front of the apartment on the Hartenbos River bank, which guests are welcome to use. A garage is available for parking or extra luggage.

The apartment is ideally located a 1 km walk to the beach.
