Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The following fees are not included in the quotation and are payable to the establishment:
- A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000.
- A linen fee of R 400 is charged for a 2-night stay.
Unit 502 only sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.
Please note that there is an extremely steep walk down to the beach from the pool area in the complex, as Villa Royale is built on a cliff. There is an alternative path to the beach via the parking bay, on the south side of the complex.
Parking not suitable for large vehicles.
We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's.
No towels are provided.
The following documents are required for the establishment to fulfill the reservation.
1. A copy of the guest's ID/Passport.
2. Proof of address (as a South African citizen).
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules.
4. Car registration number/s.
