Villa Siena is a well-furnished holiday home situated in Sea Point, just 500 m from Rocklands Beach and 600 m from Three Anchor Bay Beach. This property offers lovely views from the balcony, making it the perfect spot for a seaside escape.

This family home offers a warm atmosphere and sleeps 6 guests. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a rooftop deck, and a Jacuzzi. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with air-conditioning and ample cupboard space, and is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 1 cot and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and double vanity. The sliding doors lead out onto a private deck with outdoor seating. Both the second and third bedrooms are situated downstairs and have a double bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There’s also a separate guest toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a long dining table with chairs. The kitchen further extends into the living area furnished with a comfortable couch, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The sliding doors open to the small enclosed patio with a Jacuzzi and gas braai facilities. The lower level is perfect for entertaining family and friends with a welcoming bar area right at the entrance, and there’s also a games room for guests to enjoy.
