Villa Spa Holiday Resort

Description

The caravan park and camping sites are level, grassed and spacious. A maximum of 6 campers and 1 vehicle are permitted per site. Each site has a 15-amp 3-pin plug, and a portable braai, and has close access to taps. The sites have use of 2 large communal ablution facilities and 2 sculleries. No plastic ground sheets permitted, only shade cloth type allowed. DStv coupling is available at a nominal fee, should you wish to bring your own decoder. In low-season small breed dogs may be permitted on the campsites by prior arrangement, at an additional fee.

Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.

House Rules

- Right of admission strictly reserved.
- No extra persons permitted without prior consent.
- Only residents day visitors permitted and day fee payable at reception.
- Only one car per site or chalet. Visitors vehicles are not permitted into resort.
- No motor cycles may be ridden in the park (that includes 3 or 4 wheelers).
- No roller-skates, skateboards or motorized scooters permitted.
- An access deposit of R100.00 will be required.
- A R500 breakages deposit for chalets will be levied on arrival and will only be returned once the unit has been checked and found in order
- R100 Service Levy will be charged on units left excessively untidy.
- Please Note smoking in the chalets will result in a R2000 fine.
- The Resort and its Management accepts no responsibility for any deaths, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person, or tenant, loss or damage to any property, occurring within or arising from a visit or visits due to the negligence of the Resort or any of its staff or agents, or arising from the use of any facilities.

- In low-season small breed dogs may be permitted on the campsites by prior arrangement. Dogs will be charged at R35 per day, and must be on a leash.
- No extra tents, awnings, puptents or add-a-rooms may be erected without prior consent. Puptents may not exceed 2.4 diameter. Any tents exceeding the above will be at R50 per tent per day.
- No plastic ground sheets permitted. Only shade cloth type allowed.
- No washing to be hung around chalets or sites. Only beach towels permitted.
- Electrical appliances to be kept to a minimum.
- Electric urns, 2-plate ovens, washing machines and tumble-dryers not permitted.

- Woodfires and bonfires are not permitted.

Frogs Leap is an elegantly furnished log cabin that can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and has doors opening to the deck. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are ceiling fans in both of the bedrooms. The bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a 4-plate stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge contains a TV with a selection of DStv channels, and an air-conditioner. The living area opens to a deck with outdoor seating, and a braai area.
