Villa Ten is a beautiful beachfront holiday home in Paternoster, boasting lovely sea views and direct access to the beach.

The house can accommodate 8 adults with 2 children and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan living area. The first and second bedrooms both contain a king-size bed, and both rooms have access to a private balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. A double bed is available in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. An extra bed can be provided on request to accommodate 2 children.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. A separate scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The open-plan living area offers a comfortable lounge suite, a fireplace, an 8-seater dining table, and a bar area. It leads to a patio which boasts sea views and has braai facilities, couches, and an outdoor dining table.

The house is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and shopping centres in the area, and is serviced daily between 8:00 and 16:00.
