Just about perfect for some person a bit less fussy that I am.

I would recommend Villa Zek with certain provisos - the mattress was very hard and unforgiving. Okay, I realise I come from a softer mattress. The "pillows" were atrocious. Unforgiving was about right - I too realise I have a beautiful soft Danish goose-down pillow which I normally take with me when I travel. I ended up taking the soft duvet on the bed and folding it to the height of my pillow and then putting my own small goose-down pillow on that and made it work for me. Arinda and Jury were delightful and super helpful, making sure I was let in when I left for an hour on the sidewalk. I really liked that there was no smoking in the room. Large, airy enough in spite of the outrageous heat in Pretoria. Comfortable, quiet at night. Lekker stay. Large kitchen perfect for cooking if that's what I had needed.

Very nice and quiet place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well-furnished, and we enjoyed the stay with the power on!

Baie onpersoonlik.

Ons het geen warm water gehad vir 2 dae nie. Ons het net 2 dae gebly as gevolg hiervan. Die toilet wou nie flush nie en in die twee dae wat ons daar was het niemand iets daaraan gedoen. Gasstoof se gas was klaar. Ons het gevra om vroeër uit te boek, maar hulle het steeds volle bedrag geneem. Die braaigeriewe is net 'n klein braaier waarin ons ook net met brikette kon braai.

We had no hot water for 2 days. We only stayed 2 days because of this. The toilet wouldn't flush and in the two days we were there no one did anything about it. Gas stove's gas was finished. We asked to book out earlier but they still took full amount. The braai facilities are just a small braai in which we could only braai with briquettes.

Hi Elize, baie jammer om te hoor julle het nie lekker gebly nie. Ons gaste is gewoonlik in ekstase. Dit is baie jammer dat julle nie genoem het van enige probleme terwyl julle hier gebly het nie. Ek sou enige tyd weer verduidelik het hoe om die sonverwarming warmwater stelsel te bedryf as die son nie skyn nie en sou ook iets oor die toilet gedoen het. Die gas was vervang binne 'n uur nadat jy dit gerapporteer het. Volgens jou man wou hy vroeer ry om by die huis te kom. Nie teenstaande die feit dat julle eers betaal het toe julle gery het (instede van by aankoms) is ons kansellasie beleid duidelik op die webwerf gestel as 50% 7 dae voor aankoms en 100% daarna.
