Please be respectful of the house and property. It would be appreciated if you could leave it in a reasonable state. This includes dishes and the general condition of the floors and bathrooms. Refuse bags are available for the storage of waste. Bedding and linen are to be left on the beds.
All windows and doors should be secured and locked when leaving the house at any time.
The hot water supply is gas and this is checked before the guest's arrival, however, should you experience any hot water issues please inform the representative.
The property is supplied with pre-paid electricity, this is also checked before arrival and we do ask you to be mindful of your usage during your stay.
