Vrolikheid Landgoed is situated on a working fruit farm in the beautiful Tulbagh valley. Offering guests quality and cosy self-catering cottages, providing guests with a comfortable and tranquil stay surrounded by nature.
Accommodation is offered in 3 individually furnished cottages, namely the Cape Robin Cottage, Sunbird Cottage, and the Kingfisher Cottage. All three open-plan cottages are furnished with a queen-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. All the cottages have braai facilities and a wood-burning hot tub.
Guests can spend their afternoons strolling through the orchards where they will find fresh fruit hanging on the trees during summer months, or cool off in the shared swimming pool. Guests who are looking for something a little bit more adventurous can explore the farm on horseback with an experienced guide. Secure parking is also available on the premises.
