The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is equipped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer, an ice machine, a kettle and toaster, an oven and stove, cutlery and crockery, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine for guests convenience. The lounge is equipped with a TV and leads to the open-plan dining area with a 6-seater dining table and chairs. Bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

Guests have access to parking in a lock-up garage and cleaning services are also available at an extra cost. Warnadoone offers a communal braai area, exclusively for residents only. Across the road from the apartment block, and right on the beach, is a quaint restaurant known as Baggies.

The apartment block is located across the road from the main beach of Warner Beach, with its tidal swimming pool, gentle lagoon and stretch of beach. There are 2 beaches directly in front of the apartments, popular for swimming, bodyboarding, surfing, kite-surfing and fishing. The northern beach is patrolled by lifeguards during regular hours; the southern beach has full lifeguard protection during peak periods. The Warnadoone Shore Angling Club is located 130 m from the apartment block.

The location offers access to supermarkets, such as Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Spar and Checkers, as well as a host of restaurants, takeaways, and movie rental outlets. Galleria Mall is 6.8 km away, with a variety of shops, restaurants, takeaways, an indoor skating rink, ten-pin bowling, putt-putt and a cinema.
