Ocean Reeds is situated in a prime area of the leafy Eastcliff and one block away from Eastcliff Shopping Centre.
It comprises 2 beautifully decorated homes, facing each other, ideally suited for large families. This property can accommodate 11 guests in total or with the option to sleep 4 or 7 guests, respectively.
House 1 comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and 2 lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of an adjoining bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In a separate scullery, there’s a dishwasher, and washing machine for guests’ convenience. This house boasts 2 spacious lounge areas furnished with comfy couches and cosy fireplaces.
House 2 comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra single bed. These 2 bedroom share the use of an adjoining bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
House 2 comprises a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It expands into a spacious lounge area furnished with comfy seating.
There are braai facilities in the outside courtyard area, which connects the 2 houses and enables safe, fun-and-play for kids. There’s an outdoor shower that guests can make use of after a day at the beach. An alarm system secures the property and up to 4 cars can be parked in the driveway. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi across the property and a power backup via an inverter system.
The manor is a short walk from the town centre and the coastal cliff path. This property is ideal for large families or groups of friends to come and explore the beautiful Hermanus.
