Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- Balance paid with a credit card: An additional breakage deposit will not be payable upon arrival. If any breakages occur during your stay, it will be charged to the credit card of the guest.
- Balance paid in cash: A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 will be charged upon arrival. It will be refunded if no breakages occurred during your stay.

Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Undercover parking is provided.
We provide a daily refresh service of the apartment. A full service is provided on every fifth day of occupation which consists of thorough cleaning of both the inside and the balconies of the apartment as well as a linen and towel change. Only a refresh service on Sunday's and Public holiday's
