Safety is the main concern in Cape Town. This unit is comfortable and very safe.

This is a nice groundfloor unit in a well-maintained and secure block. It is well equipped and serviced. The internet works well even during power outages. The dining furniture could be a bit more solid. The neighbours are tolerant of reasonable socialising on the large deck, including the use of the Weber with charcoal (not wood). The TV is good. There are 2 parkings, which is good. The Century City precinct is excellent, and the Canal Walk is restful. Intaka Island is well worth a visit. A possible drawback for light sleepers is the proximity to the adjacent busy road. The pool is intimately surrounded by residences of people who are intolerant of children splashing and being noisy, but it is fine for a quiet adult swim.

Incredible service and stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean. As long as you follow the estate rules you'll have an enjoyable stay. The area is incredibly safe with many coffee shops, restaurants and businesses within walking distance.

Really great experience.

Waterstone East C103 is the room for you. I enjoyed every moment there and would happily return again. Parking is really conveniently placed and the site is amazing.

Our stay was good.

Our stay was good but there are just too many rules from the body corporate. The one that frustrated us as a family was not being able to braai. One of the rules is when using the Weber no smoke should come out of it. Really!
