No parties are allowed. Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours and fellow guests. Guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately if any noise complaints are received after 21:00. Quiet times are strictly from 21:00 - 09:00.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
A fee will be charged on arrivals after 22:00 as indicated by the host.
A fine is payable for late departure times.
Replacement keys and remotes will incur an additional fee.
Please do not sit on the furniture with wet swimwear.
No fish may be cleaned on the premises.
Please let us know if something breaks.
No person may place any rubbish inside or outside the premises, except in the containers and/or the rubbish areas provided.
Occupancy at any time for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed upon in the booking.
No day visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed on the premises, except by prior arrangement with the owner.
Vehicles must be parked in the designated areas.
The washing of vehicles and equipment on the premises is prohibited.
Guests must please obey the rules at the hot tub. The hot tub is used at your own risk The hot tub area is considered a quiet area, so loud music or talking is not allowed in this area.
Only make fire in the designated places and please help with the conservation of nature.
