Wechmarshof aims to provide a harmonious natural environment for visitors to enjoy a distinctive and pleasant experience. The farm is situated at the base of Joubert’s Peak in the Simonsberg Mountain Range in the tranquil Banhoek Valley, Stellenbosch. The accommodation provides spacious and comfortable self-catering units that are ideally suited for families or groups of friends.

Accommodation is offered in 2 houses: House Balderjan, which can accommodate 8 guests, and House Num Num, which can accommodate 4 guests. House Balderjan consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while House Num Num consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are either furnished with a king-size bed or 2 single beds. The bathrooms are each fitted with either a bath and a shower or a shower only. Quality linen, bath towels, and toiletries are afforded to guests.

Each unit includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area in each unit features a TV with satellite channels, comfortable seating, and a fireplace.

Each unit includes a covered patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and secure parking. The vast range of native trees and plants on the property serves as a habitat for numerous species of wildlife, such as springbuck, steenbok, porcupine, lynx, mongoose, and Cape Genet, as well as smaller creatures, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers.
