We had a fantastic stay at Wendy's, the place is even better than in the photos.

The only thing that detracted from it is the lack of a dishwasher especially since there is space for it in the kitchen. But other than that it's a very stylish and comfortable house great value for money.

Loved the area, and the house was really clean.

The owner of the house kept us up to date of the happenings in the area. She was in always in contact via cell phone.

Ons het Wendys Langebaan Home baie geniet. Huis is smaakvol gemeubileerd en goed toegerus. Die Pugs het die toe erf ook baie geniet. Sal vir seker die huis aanbeveel.

Disappointing, unwelcoming, mean.

Here is a list of comments from 4 adults, staying for 2 days and loadshedding cannot be used as an excuse. Disappointed is the first word that springs to mind, the second being unwelcoming and mean the third. The list bellow adds up to a very poor experience, and we are writing this so others can also learn how not to run accommodation and understand how important detail is to weary travellers with an expectation of their money being spent. “The Manager” became “the manager for the owner who is in PE” when our issues arose. No authority to help us. Had we not arrived with our own hot water bottles, we would have frozen in our beds. No electric blankets nor hot water bottles in place. The manager gave us one excuse for a heater on day 2, which she had taken from her own home. Why did she not go and buy us something substantial? No heating provided in any room nor beds – the owner had only left the day before. Some of the electrical plugs did not work, nor the hot water in the laundry room. There was no reading lamp in 3rd bedroom. One of our guests found and installed the toilet roll holder in the en-suite. There was no supply of toilet rolls. No door on en-suite bathroom with no privacy. The front door did not close properly and needed manhandling to lock. No matches provided for candles despite loadshedding.
