Lovely spot, clean and well equipped cottages, due to a fire the reception and restaurant area was unavailable, but they made a plan to accommodate us in the church for dinner.

This venue is truly a hidden gem.

A secluded game farm with welcoming reception, homely bar, great restaurant and absolutely superb accommodation. Lovely thatched houses, all overlooking the bush. Fully furnished and well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle etc etc. A self-catering dream with lots of space, dining area, lounge furniture and an open verandah with braai facilities. Parking for the car was under thatch, alongside the entrance to the house. Had we known the true conditions of some of our other venues, and had rating the accommodation been the reason for our Namibian adventure, we would have added a few extra nights at West Nest onto our agenda. The wild and prolific birdlife and tame game wondering around the farm helped us relax and truly enjoy the peace at West Nest. Would we return? For sure, bringing family and friends to enjoy the experience.
