Description

Whale Cottage is a modern holiday home situated in Daddywahl Drive in Ramsgate. The house has a slight sea view and is about 800 m from the beach.

The house can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed. Each room has a standing fan. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, with a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels provided for your entertainment.

The lounge and dining room have aluminium stacker doors which open up to a beautiful garden area and a braai and outside table which seats 8.

There is a separate laundry area off the back of the house, which is fitted with a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. The house is walled and is fitted with an alarm system and a large landscaped garden. It also has one garage with additional parking for an extra vehicle in front of the garage.

The house is pet friendly with permission. Ramsgate main swimming beach is about 1 km away and restaurants and shops are within the immediate vicinity.
