The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and there is a single divan bed in the sitting room for additional sleeping facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The cozy lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels. Outside is an area for smoking and braai facilities. The unit is not suitable for the elderly, persons with disabilities, or young children because of the steep staircase. This unit is ideal for guests that are looking for interim housing or temporary contractual employees.
