Alles was baie mooi. Alles wat nodig is, was daar.

Disappointed.

Not clean. Furnished very inexpensively. Nothing works. TV doesn't work. Fan in bedroom is broken. Barely any cutlery and crockery. Terrible linen.

Hi Brittany, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. You stayed with us for quite some days but did not report any issues. The TV definitely does work. I'm sorry if you didn't know how to operate it. It would have been better if you had asked for assistance. I don't understand how the fan did not work for you but is working for other clients. I wish you could have communicated with us, we could have made it better for you. As for cutlery, we only provide sets of 4 as our apartment only accommodates 4.

We strive to improve and are definitely making changes. We can't make everyone happy, but we do try our best to ensure your comfort.

Very nice place to stay, although Windhoek was not that impressive as a city.

Very nice apartment to stay at. Right across the Grove Mall. While they do allow braais, there is no braai equipment at the place.

Ons het glad nie lekker geslaap nie. Die kamer is baie klein en dit is ongelooflik warm in die beperkte kamer. Die beddegoed is nie skoon nie en die foto gee glad nie die ware beeld weer nie.
