Wilderness Holiday Home is tucked away in Wilderness Heights, up in the mountains, and is ideal for a family or a group of friends wanting to unwind in a tranquil space. The 2-bedroom house is situated on a 5-hectare organic permaculture farm, with veggie gardens and a beautiful forest. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise coming up over the mountains, and the abundant bird life announcing the new day. You may hear the proud call of the local Fish Eagles, and see them soaring high in the sky.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests in total. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. A double bed can also be arranged in this room on request. Linen, duvets, pillows, bath towels, and blankets are provided. There is 1 bathroom with a bath and a shower. The house also comprises a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, and glassware. The comfy lounge is equipped with a TV with Netflix.

The spacious garden offers braai facilities and a bonfire for summer nights and star gazing. The deck overlooks the forest, ideal for early morning yoga, meditation or dining together under the stars. There is also a splash pool to cool off on those hot summer days. There is ample space for kids to run around and explore.

Wilderness Village is just down the mountain, 5 km from the property, where guests can shop, enjoy a meal or spend time at the beach. The village is filled with restaurants, markets and arty shops. The beach is over the road from the village. Guests can also explore many beaches, towns and farms along the Garden Route.

For the more active families and couples, there are lovely hikes through the forests leading to waterfalls, gorges and spring pools. This is the ideal destination for cyclists and bikers, as the property is just off Seven Passes Road, which is ideal for cycling in between forests and mountains, overlooking streams and dams. Other activities in the surrounding area include paragliding, micro-lighting, stand-up paddling, wind-surfing, fishing, boating, and zip-lining.
