Description
Located in the heart of Winelands Estate, Winelands Villa offers a spacious, luxury stay with a private housekeeper for all indoor requirements as well as a gardener. This accommodation is located between Paarl and Franschhoek and has ample security.
This stunningly modern home has a capacity of 14 guests and comprises 6 beautifully decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a double shower, a bath, a double wash basin and a toilet. There is another bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower, another 3 bedrooms that each contain a queen-size bed and the sixth bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
The African-styled main living area features a bright open-plan design with a kitchen, a lounge area as well as a dining space with a built-in braai and a large table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The kitchen is spacious and a chef’s dream with modern appliances such as a Smeg gas stove, 2 electric ovens, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, 2 coffee machines, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen counter stretches into a 6-seater breakfast bar.
Leading from the kitchen is a living area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Situated between the kitchen and the dining area is a little bar with a wine cooler for refreshments. The house includes a music room with a few instruments on display.
Through the sliding doors at the dining area, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi. Leading from this patio is a large swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with a built-in braai. This outside area includes a Kol Kol hot tub and sun lounges. The garden includes a trampoline, swings and a slide for children.
