Description
Yzer Escape is a well-furnished double-storey vacation home that’s situated around 100 m from Yzerfontein Beach. The unit has a solar power system that lessens the impact of loadshedding. The Darling Golf Club is about 26 km from the holiday home, while Tienie Versveld Reserve is 30 km from the property. Guests are also able to find a national park, nature reserve, and the !Khwa ttu San cultural centre in the area.
This vacation home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The first and second bedrooms each have a king-size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The king-size beds can be converted into 4 single beds. Three bathrooms are fitted with a shower and the fourth bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is also equipped with 2 fridge freezers, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There’s also a breakfast nook with kitchen stools.
The first living area upstairs has a 8 seater dining table, a side table, leather couches, 2 armchairs, and an ottoman near the fireplace. The concertina sliding doors open to the balcony which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The second living area is furnished with a lounge suite, a pool table, a dartboard, and a soccer table. There’s also a flat-screen TV installed with DStv. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Guests can relax in the outdoor entertainment area downstairs, which has a dining table with chairs and braai facilities. Secure parking is available on the premises.
The ground floor of the property, which includes the garage, is not included in the rental. The office space is used as a lawyers' office. Behind the garage is a separate private unit that is occupied by the host. This space does not intrude on the guests.
