Description
The River Rome Cottage is the latest addition to Zeekoe Lodge. It is on the edge of the river and ideal for a small group of friends or a family. The unit comprises 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed. Each bed has an electric blanket for the colder nights. Each room also has enough storage space. The main bedroom and second bedroom leads to a deck and patio area with braai facilities. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or sundowner with a beautiful view. The quaint reading nook in the unit is perfect for guests wanting to curl up with a good book and boasts a beautiful view of the Vaal River. The quaint little kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, kettle en basic kitchen utensils. There is also a breakfast nook where guests can enjoy meals. Guests have access to a communal splash pool.

There is an en-suite bathroom in 3 of the rooms, as well as a shared bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The private loft room is furnished with a double bed and has a beautiful view of the river. The open-plan kitchen in the unit contains basic appliances such as a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a stove. The open-plan lounge opens onto the deck area of the unit, from where guests that led upstairs to a private boma area. There are steps leading to the river and the communal swimming pool.
