Unique and cosy.

The house is in a quiet location above Hout Bay. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden that can be enjoyed from the cozy veranda or from a seating area in the garden. The upper bedroom is very large - also the bathroom. Stairs and pool are well secured if you travel with small children. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishes. Living room is very spacious and lavishly furnished with sofas. The owner can always be reached, the garden with pool is very well maintained daily.
