The house will be serviced and cleaned daily apart from Sundays and public holidays, for the duration of your stay.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note that we cannot accept bookings without 48 hours' notice before check-in as Zimbali will not allow guests into the property without the necessary notice and thus your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that the Zimbali Resort welcome centre has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest IDs and provide access to the resort.
As a result, bookings with less than 48hour notice cannot be confirmed as guests cannot access the Zimbali estate.
Zimbali requires an ID or passport or driver’s license copy for every guest.
