- Smoking is prohibited in the unit. Smoking is only allowed on the verandah/braai area and outside.

- No foreign objects should be flushed down the toilet. No leftover food, oil or fats may be flushed down the drain. Bins are provided.
- The speed limit in the complex is 10 km/h - it is a one-way street, the exit gate will open automatically for guests to leave the complex.
- Please wait for the gates to close before guests drive away - this is for your own safety.
- Moderate music is advised - especially after 10pm on a weekday.
- This unit is located in a very secure area, we do ask that guests lock it when they go out. Never leave valuables unattended.
- Please handle the unit and its content with love and respect.
- Please follow all the rules that appear on the pool gate.
