Very good, really love it.

Very beautiful place. The amenities are all within walking distance. Great beach area. The apartment was also great value for money.

Ons was eers skepties toe ons die resensie sien van die ontevrede klient. Ons het daar aangekom. Alles was skoon. Die beddens en beddegoed was van die lekkerste. Ons sal verseker weer daar tuisgaan. Baie dankie.

Sub-standard accommodation, cracked crockery, curtains off tracks, no wifi and no TV connection.

Breakage deposit not included in quote or invoice, but indicated separately as a footnote, and payable to a separate agency. Very inconvenient for customers. Unit had an old stale smell and did not appear fresh and clean. A horrible experience, will not stay there again.

Great place and location.

Beautiful. Perfect view. Only defect was a bit of mould on shower floor but besides that it's a great place.

La Ballito 401 is a neat and tidy flat that suited our needs perfectly. It's close to the beach and has a partial sea view. It was fine for two people but would be a bit on the small side for a family.
