Description
This is a luxury double room, located next to The Studio and feature its own full bathroom and own entrance. The Annex is equipped with only tea- and coffee-making facilities and a bar fridge. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed. The Annex can serve as an addition, for sharing the kitchen with friends or family staying in The Studio or The Loft.

House Rules
Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels.
A breakage deposit of R 150.00 per unit and a R150 last day cleaning fee.
If staying longer than 4 days a R 300.00 cleaning fee will be requested as we do express cleaning after every 3rd night of stay when we change bedding, towels and clean the unit, BUT NOT DOING DISHES. R50 additional for every time we must do dishes is required. The breakage deposit will be paid back to the guest within 7 days after departure via EFT. Fees are to be paid directly to the establishment 7 days prior to arrival.
Please note that The Loft Apartment is not suitable for 3 adults as the bath and the toilet is in a dome-room upstairs.

The bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin, and there is a single bed in the lounge and it makes use of the en-suite bathroom. Other in-room facilities include a hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, tea- and coffee-making facilities, DVD player, and a TV with DStv. This unit also comes equipped with a built-in braai area, patio, and its own private entrance.

The Studio apartment is a fully-equipped self-catering unit, which can accommodate 2 adults and 1 smaller child. The unit has an open-plan bedroom, kitchenette and dining area, furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed. The bathroom contains a shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a combination fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, eco-friendly hotplate, electric frying pan and cutlery, and the living area present a TV with selected DStv channels. Other facilities include a portable Weber braai, and air-conditioning with a heat setting. There is a lovely patio and a communal splash pool for the usage of all guests on the premises, overlooking the sea and Saldanha harbour.
