However it is a condition of using the services of Bayview for every guest, whether booked directly or through an agent, to have adequate insurance cover against all risks associated with travel in Africa and it is a requirement that all travellers take out adequate travel and medical insurance prior to arrival at Bayview. The owners of Bayview shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damages or injury and death arising from any incident that may occur whilst staying at Bayview.
