Beachfront Garden Cottages
Description
The cottage can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed, built-in cupboards and side lamps next to the bed. An electronic safe for valuables is built into the cupboard, and the code will be supplied upon booking. The second bedroom contains a double bed, built-in cupboards, and side lamps next to the bed, and the third bedroom is a children's bedroom with either 2 single beds or a bunk bed. The third bedroom also has built-in cupboards. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, make-up cupboard and toilet. The open-plan lounge is furnished with a lounge suite and is equipped with a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. There is also a DVD player for watching movies. The open-plan kitchen features granite tops, and is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, necessary utensils, electric frying pan, cutlery, and a kettle and toaster. Six outdoor and beach chairs are supplied, as well as linen and bath towels. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The cottage has its own undercover parking area, and guests may also park next to the cottage.

Each cottage has undercover parking for one car. The main house has a separate garage for one car. Additional cars and guests may make use of non-covered spaces adjacent to the cottages.
Guests are advised to take other guests into consideration when parking. All guests should be able to get in and out of the property easily.
Both cottages are wheelchair friendly and are fitted with safety rails in the bathrooms. Note that the main house is not wheelchair friendly.
Please note the breakage deposit needs to be paid directly to the host before the check-in date.

The Luxury Beach House is situated directly on the beachfront and sleeps 10 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second room has a double bed, a king bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The third room comprises of a double bed, queen bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is an extra guest toilet. Each room has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV with Apple TV installed. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is filtered water throughout the premises. The lounge is open-plan with aluminium glass sliding doors. There is shared braai facilities outside. A cleaning lady is available on request at an additional charge.
