House Rules

Day visitors are not permitted and the number of people per unit is limited to the number of guests on the confirmed booking. Management reserve the right to perform an inspection at any time if they suspect these rules are not being adhered to.

Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment and it is not recommended for very low vehicles. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please drive slowly on the dirt road.

Because of the gravel terrain and the staircase, this accommodation may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.

Enough firewood for the first fire is provided. Extra firewood is available at an additional fee. Guests may also pre-order.

Please smoke in designated smoking areas on the patio. Any form of smoking is prohibited inside cottages. Cigarette stubs should be discarded in the bin.

There is a strict noise policy in place and guests should please refrain from making loud noises or playing loud music during the day. A no-noise policy takes effect at 22:00.

This unit is not suitable for parties, events, or private functions of any kind.

The units are not suitable for pets.

There will be a breakage fee in case of any loss or damage.

The stove and chimney are extremely hot while in use and guests should please refrain from touching them.

Please ensure that the embers are properly extinguished. Do not leave fires unattended.

Please refrain from using soap/bubbles in the hot tub. It damages the filtration system and will result in a fine.
