Chapman’s View Villa offers luxury self-catering accommodation in a 4-bedroom villa situated on the slopes of the famous Chapman’s Peak Mountain, within close proximity to Noordhoek Beach, and Noordhoek Farm Village with its excellent restaurants. The villa offers sea views in the distance, as well as a solar-heated swimming pool.

The Villa has a solar PV system to backup lights, alarm system, gates and most of the plugpoints during loadshedding.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and offers open-plan living with flow from the fully equipped kitchen through the dining area to the lounge and the garden. The upmarket villa with its elegant interior design offers plenty of space, and views over the valley. The villa comprises a luxury en-suite main bedroom, 3 bedrooms with 2 family bathrooms to share, a lounge, and a designer kitchen. Each bedroom is equipped with either a king-size bed or a queen-size bed. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies with views over the valley, and the other 2 bedrooms offer mountain views. Guests can enjoy views from the lounge and from the front garden, as well as mountain views from the pool area.

The kitchen features Ceasarstone surfaces and chrome appliances. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels, and hairdryers are provided. The dining area can seat 8 guests, and the villa is equipped with a TV with premium DStv channels, a DVD player and music system, Wireless broadband Internet access, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and 3 sun loungers. Guests have access to braai facilities, a fully enclosed garden, and on-site parking in a garage.

The villa is secure with an alarm system, and a weekly and final cleaning service is included. Extra cleaning services are available by prior arrangement. There is also a pool and garden service. A wine estate and a large shopping mall are just a few minutes drive away.
