Breakage Deposit

Please note that you will be held liable for any serious damage to our property.
Please note that the breakage deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival or by EFT before arrival.
Naturally this will be refunded when you leave and everything is in order and we don't charge for a broken glass or a plate.
We expect the guests to look after the house/apartment as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it.
No smoking indoors please.
Please respect neighbors right to peace and quiet after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm weekends.
No animals allowed, no parties, weddings, loud music. Max number of persons on the premisses is the number of guests for which it was booked for and we don't allow visitors.
