A shower, toilet, and washbasin are available in the second bathroom. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central 4-seater dining table and chairs.
