House Rules
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Cottage can be accessed by a normal vehicle, however, the 5 km road from the main gate to the Farmstead is thick sand and requires a vehicle with 4x4 driving capabilities.
- Arrival times are strictly before sundown at 19:00, due to the remote location.
- The Farmstead is supplied with Eskom electricity and water from the Kalahari pipeline scheme. Cellular signal is present but other than Vodacom, not always very reliable.
- Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the cottage/homestead.
- Due to all the farm animals we can unfortunately not allow any pets.
- No smoking inside the cottage/homestead.
- Noise levels are to be kept to the minimum.
- A limited amount of firewood is supplied daily. Additional bundles can be purchased.
- Collection of firewood and making of any fires outside the dedicated areas is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must please have taken measures to ensure that they are well informed and equipped in the event of a medical or any other type of emergency.
- Guests staying in the Cottage will not have use of the splash pool. The use of the splash pool is exclusively for guests staying at the Farmstead.
- Please note hunting practices take place on the premises.
