Enjoyable stay, but needs more personal attention.

A beautiful setting and some thought given to the accommodation, a nice thought is ice in the freezer. We did find all the plates, cooking products very dusty and needed cleaning before use, seems like n- one has stayed here in a while. No coffee press nor milk for coffee, no emergency lights in living area nor torches (now stage 6 load shedding). No Wi-Fi available and no advise on extremely bad road to be experienced from Askham to the farm which is badly rutted and travelling is approx 20kms per hr in 4x4.

We had a great time! Loved the cottage and its surroundings. Just what we needed to relax and forget about everything. Ferdi and rest of the staff were very friendly.
