Description
Ebony House is an elegant 8-sleeper self-catering lodge situated in the Mjejane Big-5 Game Reserve. The game reserve lies on the banks of the Crocodile River on the southern end of the well-known Kruger National Park. This is the ideal safari getaway for family and friends.
The tastefully furnished lodge comprises 4, air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area with a fireplace, and a lounge with a TV with access to Netflix and DStv Now.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The main, en-suite bathroom has an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a free-standing bath, twin basins and toilet. The second and third bedrooms' bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and basin, while the separate guest bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and features an entertainment area with a covered patio, a splash pool, a deck, and built-in braai facilities.
The game reserve is approximately 4000 hectares along the Crocodile River and offers a vast network of private game-drive roads. For those you prefer a self drive Malelane and Crocodile Bridge gates into the Kruger National Park are located 30 km from the lodge. Note that there is a speed limit of 40kms per hour and there are several speed cameras within the reserve. There is a small shop from where one can buy firewood, ice, refreshments, snacks, beer and wine. Please note that game drives need to be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
