Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
-Our refundable key- and breakages deposit is required before check-in.
-Early arrival and late departure can be arranged, if possible, at R200 per 2 hours or less per 4-sleeper unit and R400 per 2 hours or less for the Lavender unit.
- There is a key and breakages refundable deposit for each unit rented out:
- Penthouse Unit/Bridal Suite- R 500
- Cottage Family Unit - R 500
- Sky - R 500
- Sunsrise - R 500
- Lavender Unit - R 700
- River/Fisherman's Delight - R 500
- Thatch Unit - R700
No refund will be made if rooms have been smoked in.
-We are pet-friendly by arrangement. We will need current vaccination certificates for rabies. There is an extra fee of R50 per night per pet and a cleaning deposit of R250 per pet. The Pet Policy needs to be signed on arrival.
-Please bring your DStv card along with your decoder and connections if you would like to watch TV. No other channels are available.
-Day visitors can be arranged by prior arrangement at an additional fee of R100.00 per car and R50.00 per person and would need to vacate by 17:00.
-No Fireworks allowed at any time.
