House Rules
This is a home for family stays.
No smoking inside the house.
No parties are allowed.
All dishes must be washed before check out.
Please keep all joinery and bathroom vanities dry as not to damage them.
Keep the shower windows open when showering
Please dry the shower sills and bevelled mirrors off after showering so as not to damage them.
No alarm remote will be given by the owner for this rent
Please don’t try to remove any paintings, art work or holders.
Always leave the main switch and all power breakers on,
except for the geyser breaker, which needs to be turned off.
Never leave anything flammable on the stove hob or in the oven in case it gets left on and causes a fire.
Wash and rinse all dishes, and dispose of all garbage in the designated area in the driveway. Please ensure that you separate the trash according to the recycling bins provided in the main kitchen. Remove the trash from the house before you leave so that we can further sort it and check for any inventory that may have been misplaced.
