House 12 Beach Club is situated within the Hermanus Beach Club security complex, and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, 3-bedroom house situated right on the sea front.

The house can accommodate 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for guests convenience. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar, and looks onto the lounge area which is equipped with a TV. Both the dining room and the lounge lead onto a wooden deck where guests can relax and enjoy the sea view. Enjoy the view from your bedroom while you enjoy a cup of coffee, or watch the sunset from 1 of the 3 decks which offer uninterrupted ocean views.

The Hermanus Beach Club offers a clubhouse, as well as tennis courts, squash courts, putt-putt, a swimming pool, and a games room for children. There is also a fully licensed bar. The complex is situated next to the new harbour where are restaurants and whale watching cruises. Hermanus central is approximately 2 km away, where there are restaurants and shops.
