- 0 - 7 years of age are not permitted at the lodge, 8 years and older are considered adults and accommodated in their own rooms. Pay full adult rates.
- The lodge is situated in a Malaria free area.
- There is a dirt road within the reserve that is suitable for standard rise cars. Not suitable for low rise cars.
