Cancellation Policy - Custom
To simplify cancellations, we have made some changes to our default policy:
No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
Description
The guest house is not located on the same premises as the hotel, but is a 5-minute walk away in the centre of town. The guest house offers 4 guest rooms. Two of the rooms contain a double bed each, while the other 2 rooms contains twin single beds. Only 1 of the rooms is en-suite and air-conditioned. The other 3 rooms share a bathroom with a bath only. Fans are available on request. The rooms have access to a shared communal self-catering kitchen and a lounge area with DStv.
