The Annex is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance, and is ideal for a single person or a couple. The annex contains 2 single beds, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The annex and a small undercover verandah with a couch, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

Karoo Cottage can accommodate up to 3 guests and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed. There is an additional single bed in the living area. Heaters and electric blankets are provided for the cold winter nights. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchenette is fitted with a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a 4-seater dining table and chairs. Fast fibre Wi-Fi is available.
