Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order. Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
The unit is pet friendly but permission must still be obtained.
Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with a limited DSTV package, so should you wish to watch the full package, please bring with your own decoder or you will need to hire one from the local supplier. Unfortunately, there are no Explora or PVR connections.
Please bring along your own bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons
