- Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
- There is cell phone reception on all networks at the house. This can be erratic depending on the cellular traffic in the area.
- 6mbps uncapped Wi-Fi is available at the house.
- Guests have access to the main house, slipway, jetty, Kadie’s Landing property, and neighbouring farms. Guests do not have access to the garage, cellar, or barns and boathouses.
- Pet friendly on request at an additional, refundable fee per booking.
