House Rules
Only registered guests will be allowed on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Guests are allowed to smoke in the outdoor areas and must use allocated ashtrays to dispose of cigarette stubs.
Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed.
Cleaning services are provided upon request, please advise the time when the cleaning must be done
Do not disconnect cables from any electronics. Let the host know if you need extra plugs or cables.
Damages exceeding the breakage deposit will be communicated to the guest and billed accordingly.
No loud music or noise will be allowed between 23:00 and 07:00.
A maximum of three vehicles are allowed to park on the premises.
Please inform the host in advance if you are going to use the jacuzzi.
No more than six people in the jacuzzi. Children are not allowed to use the jacuzzi without the presence of an adult.
No eating and no glass tumblers and glass bottles are allowed at the jacuzzi. Use only plastic tumblers.
Persons over the age of 12 years are not allowed on the trampoline.
Stains from make-up, hair dye and food on white towels and linen will be charged against the damage/breakage deposit.
Checkout beyond 11:00 am will be treated as a stay and billed accordingly.
