Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. Initial limited, self-catering supplies including cleaning materials, cooking basics (salt, pepper, herbs, cooking oil), tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, a snack basket, a fruit basket, and Wi-Fi are included. The unit is sanitised and serviced before and after each stay. Stays of 7 days and more include a general housekeeping service once a week, any extra cleaning and ironing services can be arranged at an additional cost of R200 per session.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Smoking is allowed in designated area on the patio which is furnished and protected from the elements.
- Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise levels at a respectable level.
- Pets can be considered. Two cats live on the property.
- Please keep visiting dogs leashed upon arrival and on walks in town and on the beach.
- Cleaning, sanitising and servicing before and after each stay, additional cleaning and laundry services during the stay by arrangement and at an extra fee.
- No extra overnight visitors unless by prior arrangement at an extra cost per person visiting.
