This apartment can accommodate 1-3 guests and comes equipped with a three-quarter bed and a double sofa bed or 1 single bed depending on guest preferences. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Other in-room facilities include a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and small oven. Crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided along with tea and coffee-making facilities. The patio doors open to a private, roofed outdoor space and braai area. The property has a fenced front garden and backyard. Free parking is offered under a covered carport behind a gate. There is an outdoor shower in the backyard, the apartment has its own private access to the outdoor areas and garden.

The unit is sanitised and serviced before and after each stay. Stays of 7 days and more include a general housekeeping service once a week, any extra cleaning and ironing services can be arranged at an additional cost of R200 per session.

- Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise levels at a respectable level.
- Pets can be considered. Two cats live on the property.
- Please keep visiting dogs leashed upon arrival and on walks in town and on the beach.
- Cleaning, sanitising and servicing before and after each stay, additional cleaning and laundry services during the stay by arrangement and at an extra fee.
- No extra overnight visitors unless by prior arrangement at an extra cost per person visiting.

This house can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed which can sleep 2 persons. Further sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed in the living area, a single airmatress and single floor matress. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The lounge has a fireplace, portable fans and enough comfortable seating. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the listing. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, oven, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and tea-and-coffee making facilities. This unit offers braai facilities inside and outside. There is an outdoor beach shower in the backyard with hot and cold water, with private access to the outdoor area.
